The Vice President, Legal Commercial will lead GitLab's global commercial legal function, overseeing strategy, execution, and a team of legal professionals across various contracts, governance, and compliance initiatives for commercial activities.

As Commercial Legal Counsel, you will negotiate and review complex commercial agreements, advise internal stakeholders, manage legal risks, and support public sector transactions, all while mentoring and contributing to legal processes.
