Manage product data and configuration for NI IP Routing hardware: support NPI and sustaining engineering, lead change control (ECO/MCO/Stop Orders), develop custom queries and data models, align BOM health indicators and implement digital configuration management tools.

Lead reliability efforts for photonic devices and PICs: evaluate failure modes and risks, coordinate accelerated stress/aging tests, develop life models from test data, and drive failure mode analysis to support design and production.

Provide hands-on Level 1 IT support for manufacturing floor and core IT systems: troubleshoot production test stations and networks, maintain Windows/Linux servers and virtualization, implement backups/DR, monitor systems, automate tasks via scripting, collaborate with DB/network/process-control teams, and create documentation and training for operators.

Design and implement software to enable 5G NR sidelink and Wi‑Fi 6 ad‑hoc connectivity, build a Layer‑3 mesh over wireless links, manage multi‑hop routing and dynamic resource pools, integrate sidelink with gNB/UE stacks, and implement unified EAP‑TLS security and dynamic configuration for distributed nodes.
