Senior individual contributor leading development, optimization, and transfer of InP photonic integrated circuit and laser fabrication processes for high-volume manufacturing. Own process flows, epitaxial design collaboration, manufacturing data analysis (SPC, Cp/Cpk), FMEA/root-cause, metrology strategies, and cross-functional coordination with external fabs. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers to enable product ramp and yield excellence.

Develop and execute test plans and algorithms to characterize SiGe ASICs and high-speed mixed-signal devices. Perform RF/mm-wave probing and use VNAs, oscilloscopes, and noise figure analyzers for measurements. Debug hardware/software/test setups, compare measurements to Cadence/SPICE/EM simulations, implement bench hardware/software, support test station qualification (Gage R&R, SPC), and document results while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Lead reliability qualification and production monitoring for optical communication products. Track and analyze reliability test data, support NPI, drive failure investigations and corrective actions, maintain dashboards/reports, and apply statistical and AI tools to improve product quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve wafer fab yield and performance issues for InP PICs through failure analysis, SPC review, MES data collection, and cross-functional coordination. Support process stabilization, inline process specifications, throughput improvements, and technology transfer for high-volume fab ramp and product quality compliance.

Serve as a technical, customer-facing escalation lead for Nokia networking products. Triage and prioritize support cases, perform RCA and outage reporting, monitor product alerts, assist with licensing, evaluate and optimize customer networks, configure and test equipment across deployment stages, and collaborate with internal teams to improve product reliability and automation.

Lead verification of high-speed coherent and direct-detect optical components and subsystems. Design test plans and algorithms, execute module performance validation, and collaborate with PIC, mixed-signal ASIC, module, and system engineering teams to ensure quality product releases.

Design, simulate, and bring high-speed analog/mixed-signal circuits (ADCs, DACs, PLLs, SERDES) to production in advanced CMOS FinFET processes. Create and supervise layout floorplans, perform behavioral modeling, develop analog test plans, and collaborate with PE/TE teams to characterize performance and ensure quality while following team design methodologies and release flows.

Lead a mechanical product development team designing opto-electronic packages and modules. Manage project plans, cross-functional coordination, technical reviews (FMEA, risk, qualification), supplier DFM and RCCA, resource planning, and progress reporting to ensure on-time, cost-effective, high-quality product delivery.

Provide post-sales technical leadership for Nokia Fixed Networks access products. Troubleshoot complex network issues, lead technical projects, collaborate with R&D and vendors, create documentation, mentor teams, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure SLA compliance and rapid outage recovery.

Design, build, and maintain full-stack cloud service labs aligned to customer architectures and gold standards. Implement end-to-end integrations, automate lab lifecycle and test pipelines, develop automated test scripts, run functional/regression/performance/interoperability tests, and produce validation reports while ensuring stability, security, and on-demand access.
