Supports medical device production through engineering investigations, troubleshooting, process improvement, validation data generation, and project execution. Helps reduce scrap, increase output, develop new products and processes, and improve existing manufacturing operations. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, reviews production reports, participates in daily standups, and applies academic engineering knowledge to real-world manufacturing challenges.

Supports production of medical devices by investigating product, process, material, and equipment issues. Responsibilities include equipment troubleshooting, process capability studies, validation data and report generation, test documentation, analyzing results, implementing equipment requirements, and contributing to process improvement and project execution. The engineer collaborates with R&D, Quality, Production, Regulatory, Equipment Engineering, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.

The Quality Engineer develops quality systems, supports manufacturing quality activities, resolves quality issues, and ensures compliance with regulations and QMS.
