Operations Associates (OAs) play an essential role at Gopuff by fulfilling warehouse responsibilities, including picking, packing, receiving product, and working with drivers. They are responsible for inventory management, cleaning and organizing the warehouse, and contacting customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items.

Gopuff is looking for Operations Associates to join their team. The role involves picking, packing, receiving product, and warehouse management. High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Experience in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment is preferred. The work schedule is flexible during peak hours from 5pm - 12am. Basic knowledge of web-based software applications is needed. Physical ability to lift up to 20lbs repetitively is required.
