The Opportunity
Found is looking for a VP of Growth & Marketing to lead and scale our growth & marketing efforts for our DTC business, driving consumer growth and brand awareness in the dynamic medication-led weight loss market. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will define and execute a growth strategy that increases client acquisition, engagement, and retention in our consumer D2C channel. They will own the full marketing lifecycle—from brand strategy to performance marketing—and collaborate cross-functionally to develop compelling, data-driven campaigns that drive measurable impact and reinforce Found’s position as a leader in personalized weight loss.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to accelerate Found’s growth by optimizing customer acquisition, retention, and brand recognition, while partnering with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to align priorities with company objectives and establish clear, data-driven performance metrics to measure and refine success.
  • Growth & Performance Marketing: Own and optimize Found’s marketing budget across paid and organic channels to maximize ROI, leading performance-driven strategies for key acquisition channels (social, search, influencer, lifecycle, streaming media, PR, and emerging platforms), while collaborating with Product and Analytics teams to analyze funnel performance and drive improvements in conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
  • Brand & Creative Development: Elevate Found’s brand presence, partnering with the Design team to develop compelling, performance-driving creative assets that resonate with our target audience, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and driving brand storytelling through content marketing, product marketing, strategic partnerships, and earned media opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Clinical, Product, Strategy, Analytics, Operations, and B2B teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies, support the member experience, and drive outcomes for our members and our business, fostering a culture of shared accountability across the organization.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build and scale a high-performing growth & marketing team, hiring & coaching top talent across all functions, while fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.

What You Bring:

  • Strategic Marketing Experience: 12+ years of experience including 5+ years of marketing leadership experience in healthcare, wellness, or other regulated consumer-focused industries, with a proven track record of scaling high-growth companies and executing data-driven strategies for D2C efforts, driving measurable business results in customer acquisition and LTV. Managed $XXM budgets in order to drive customer acquisition.
  • Performance-Driven Mindset: Expertise in growth and performance marketing, managing multi-channel campaigns to optimize CAC & LTV, with exceptional analytical skills to synthesize data, uncover insights, and drive continuous improvement, balancing creativity with analytical rigor to deliver scalable, high-impact campaigns. Strong ability to think “full funnel,” with performance-oriented thinking even in less measurable channels.
  • Brand & Creative Expertise: Strong storytelling and brand-building skills preferred, with experience managing the creative development process from concept to execution across multiple channels to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: A hands-on, collaborative leader with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams, strong executive presence, clear communication skills, a structured approach to problem-solving & decision-making, and the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be excited to get your hands dirty. Former founders encouraged to apply.
