THE ROLE

Zeta Live is Zeta Global’s flagship annual event—2,500 attendees, $5M budget—blending user conference, thought leadership, and entertainment to inspire customers and drive business impact. This Executive Producer will own end-to-end vision and delivery, in addition to the following:

  • Define the multi-year vision and strategy to continuously elevate Zeta Live as a global executive platform, including the flagship conference, C-Suite hospitality, VIP experiences, and entertainment.  
  • Manage $5M P&L with financial discipline while delivering a best-in-class attendee experience 
  • Design and oversee full program (keynotes, panels, customer stories, product narratives, entertainment) across 3+ stages and content quality to drive education and engagement.  
  • Own audience strategy to secure priority clients and C-Suite level contacts, ensuring registration and attendance goals are met and exceeded. 
  • Direct speaker outreach, relationships, and travel logistics management for over 90+ speakers, including executive preparation, briefings, and contract negotiation support.  
  • Lead production execution (in-person and digital), managing creative production partners, staging vision, show flow, and AV experience.  
  • Partner with marketing and communications teams for brand strategy, in-house design, press strategy and content distribution to maximize reach and visibility.  
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to drive attendance and deepen engagement 
  • Deliver best-in-class attendee experience with curated hospitality, concierge touchpoints, and exclusive executive engagement formats.  
  • Build relationships with speakers, entertainers, strategic industry leaders to strengthen Zeta Live’s reputation and influence.  
  • Own success metrics including pipeline influence, attendee quality, brand reach, speaker impact, experience NPS to ensure business outcomes.  

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years producing flagship executive or media-grade B2B experiences (e.g., Dreamforce, AWS re:Invent, Cannes Lions, etc).  
  • Demonstrated success leading $3M–$10M+ programs and 1,500–5,000+ attendee experiences with high C-suite participation. 
  • Exceptional storytelling and editorial instincts; able to shape compelling narratives across product, customer, and brand. 
  • Proven ability to attract, negotiate with, and prep senior executives, high-profile speakers, and entertainment talent. 
  • Experienced in directing agencies and creative production partners to deliver broadcast-quality staging, show flow, and content. 
  • Commercially minded leader who turns events into measurable business impact (pipeline influence, brand reach, executive engagement, sponsorship strategy). 
  • Trusted collaborator with the presence to advise and brief C-level leaders; thrives in fast-moving, high-visibility environments.

COMPENSATION RANGE

The total compensation range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000, depending on location and experience.
