Performs forklift mechanic duties within Magna Exteriors’ manufacturing operations. Supports equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, industrial equipment installation, automation troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include creating facility and equipment layouts, assembling and positioning industrial systems, coordinating manufacturing press installations, troubleshooting robotic packaging systems, supervising electrical connections and safety checks, organizing maintenance spare parts, and participating in Lean and 5S activities. The role requires hands-on work in a manufacturing environment and adherence to OSHA and workplace safety procedures.

Provides Level 2 support for autonomous mobile robot hardware and deployment issues across customer sites. Responsibilities include ticket triage in Zendesk and Jira, diagnosing hardware and integration problems, coordinating with customers, deployment teams, and engineering, documenting resolutions, updating knowledge resources, and identifying recurring issues. Requires technical troubleshooting experience, clear communication with nontechnical stakeholders, and domestic and international travel up to 25%.
