Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans and procedures.
- Provide guidance and direction to all Veh. Comm. Technician Team members.
- Support escalations that arise from Veh. Comm. impasses
- Provide higher level support to confirm the troubleshooting steps taken.
- Help address more complex, novel edge cases in testing. This includes software, electrical, and mechanical systems. Every troubleshoot that is performed must be
- Detailing and documenting every troubleshoot action that is performed
- Understand and navigate multiple different data resources to reach a successful outcome.
- Coordination with rework and customer troubleshoot teams.
- Act as the representation of Veh. Comm. when it comes to multi-team troubleshooting.
- Can and will support rework as well as our customer when there comes a need to provide more advanced troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and act as a directional voice for the team.
- Be a voice of direction but does not have direct supervision of team members.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- English Fluency
- Engineering Experience (1-3 Years)

- Engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
- Instrumentation Experience
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Electrical and Mechanical aptitude
- Understanding of Electrical and Mechanical Theory
- Graphing, Data Analysis, Coding

- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
- Ability to regularly walk, climb, sit, stand and drive equipment
