Location: Remote or Tallahassee, FL

Contractor Qualifications and Experience
Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- 10 years of experience with the CA Test Data Management (TDM) Tool.
- Demonstrated experience with Data Masking and Data sub-setting.
- Bachelor’s degree
Contractor Responsibilities
SERVICE TASKS: The contractor must have experience performing the following tasks:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to strategize the environment, TDM logistics, timeframe, hardware, and resource requirements
- Develop and execute a long-term strategy for enterprise test data management
- Actively participate and assist in the management of issues, risks, and dependencies to ensure the Sprint goals are met and the Project schedules are met
- Mentor staff and resources and provide necessary training in TDM toolset and processes
- Hands-on experience with the TDM tool features for masking and sub-setting data
- Implement Test Data Sub-setting requirements
- Ensure Department staff and resources are fully trained in the use of the TDM tools
- Estimating testing-related tasks, analyzing testing requirements, designing and developing supporting tools, testing, and implementing TDM processes and solutions
- Validate the functioning of the developed features in a live functional cycle
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the TDM validation process.
- Creating consistent and repeatable processes to support multiple functions, such as identifying and masking test data for different applications and refreshing/updating test data as needed
- Ensuring compliance with IT security guidelines and data compliance regulations
- Provisioning data for QA testing, user acceptance testing, and performance testing
- Ability to identify inefficiencies in the test data and optimize it to improve the testing process by creating scripts or using other methods
