Hasbro is adding a temporary, seasoned Senior Executive Talent Sourcer to the Talent Acquisition team.  This is a temporary, 40 hour/week position that can based remotely.


The Sr Executive Talent Sourcer will help us to further our goal of infusing the organization with talent, with a focus on diverse candidates.  You will be responsible for identifying top diverse talent for immediate and future positions throughout the Company.  This position provides an opportunity to show off your creative research skills, communication tactics and deep sourcing strategies.  In this role you must be results-oriented, self-motivated and collaborative, and your sourcing skills must be at an advanced level.


A Day in the Life:                                                        

  • Partner with the Sr. Manager, Executive Recruiter, to align on strategic business objectives and executive talent priorities.
  • Actively contribute to recruitment kickoff meetings, providing market intelligence and talent insights to shape search strategy. 
  • Prepare weekly C-suite search update presentations, including candidate talent mapping and market insights.
  • Prioritize and execute sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines for current and future senior-level talent needs.
  • Design and implement innovative, multi-channel sourcing approaches to meet leadership hiring goals across functions, segments, and geographies.
  • Leverage diverse sourcing channels to identify, engage, and attract high-caliber global talent, with a focus on passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-potential candidates to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term talent strategies.
  • Track, measure, and report on recruiting activity to ensure effective use of time and resources, and to drive consistent results.

What You Will Bring:

  • 6+ years of experience directly sourcing executive-level talent (VP+).
  • Experience in CPG, Digital Gaming, Entertainment or Technology industries required.
  • Deep expertise across the full recruiting lifecycle, including talent mapping, market research, sourcing, and candidate assessment.
  • Advanced proficiency with sourcing tools and techniques, including AI, Boolean search, LinkedIn, talent databases, and industry directories, to identify high-quality candidates for specialized roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in developing executive-level PowerPoint presentations to showcase talent insights, including candidate profiles, talent mapping, and market intelligence. Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives tailored for C-suite audiences, with strong attention to detail, storytelling, and visual presentation.
  • Demonstrate a highly collaborative, “all hands on deck” mindset, with the flexibility to support fellow recruiters and broader team priorities as business needs evolve.
  • Intellectually curious, with a strong commitment to staying current on industry trends, emerging tools, and innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Highly self-directed, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Agile and adaptable, with the ability to respond quickly to evolving business needs.

Compensation Range, Currency USD:
Starting Pay Range: $38.79/hr
Pay Range End: $60.52/hr
