Reddit's growth is driving a rapid expansion of its world-wide team and the need for an experienced Senior Salesforce Product Manager to support the global sales organization through the next several stages of growth. This role will report into the Go-to-Market Strategy organization, and support our major Go-to-Market Systems initiatives. 

The Role

As a Senior Salesforce Product Manager, you will drive major initiatives and enhancements to optimize the CRM platform for our Scaled organization. You will partner closely with key stakeholders in sales and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, and Business Analytics to deliver high impact, end-to-end solutions. 

In this role you will own the Scaled systems roadmap and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of major sales initiatives, from requirements gathering and design to development and implementation. You will leverage deep industry expertise and technical skills to ensure that our CRM platform stays ahead of the curve and will scale to the next stage of growth. 

What you'll do

  • Define, build and maintain the systems roadmap for the Scaled Sales team. 
  • Lead a portfolio of major system initiatives from end-to-end, from detailed requirements gathering to launch. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization including Marketing, Product and Business Analytics to ensure alignment throughout each project. 
  • Partner internally with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and other Product Managers to build holistic solutions that will scale. 
  • Bring thought leadership, leveraging industry experience and best-practices to provide forward looking solutions and recommendations that push boundaries and challenge the status quo. 
  • Leverage deep technical expertise to build solutions using a combination of standard functionality and custom development. 
  • Implement and integrate third-party applications on our CRM platform as well as standalone SaaS applications that may be needed for sales. 
  • Drive impact for the sales organization by defining and tracking KPIs for productivity and efficiency, and ensure that initiatives are driving positive change for these metrics. 

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant Salesforce product management experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering major initiatives on the Salesforce platform, with an emphasis on supporting global sales teams.
  • Experienced with delivering projects using agile methodologies.
  • Strong communicator and presenter who can communicate effectively to a diverse audience of business and technical stakeholders. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem solving, coordination, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency with manipulating data sets using tools such as Dataloader.io, Workbench, DemandTools, or Jetstream.

Bonus Qualifications 

  • Experience with Digital Advertising or consumption-based sales models a plus
  • Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira / Confluence) a plus
  • CRM Analytics experience a plus

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base pay range for this position is:

$167,500$234,500 USD
