About the Role:

As a Senior Analyst at Remitly-Lending, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and engagement for our lending products by delivering data-driven insights and strategies. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Marketing, and Engineering—you will analyze customer behaviors, optimize campaign performance, and uncover opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention, and experience. You will leverage your analytical expertise to shape marketing strategies that align with our mission to create a seamless and secure remittance experience for our global customer base.

You Will:

  • Develop and deliver actionable insights by analyzing marketing performance across channels, including paid media, organic, email, and in-app campaigns.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics, enabling stakeholders to self-serve and monitor campaign performance.
  • Drive customer segmentation and lifecycle analysis to optimize targeting and messaging strategies, ensuring high customer engagement and retention.
  • Partner with the Product and Marketing teams to design and measure A/B tests and other experiments, using insights to inform campaign strategies and product enhancements.
  • Collaborate on marketing attribution modeling to understand ROI across channels and provide recommendations for budget allocation.
  • Able to leverage Advanced Analytics and Predictive Models as an input to drive optimization within your analysis.

You Have:

  • Leverage Advanced Analytics and Predictive Models .
  • A passion for solving customer problems through data-driven insights.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a marketing or customer analytics role, ideally within fintech, e-commerce, or similar industries.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, or Mode.
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools like Python or R.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $124,000-$142,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
