Job Description

About the Role

Fandango is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development of products that power and scale our partnerships with third-party companies. As part of the Fandango Ticketing team, you’ll shape the systems and services that fuel our partner ecosystem—delivering seamless integrations, co-branded experiences, and new revenue opportunities.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with engineering, design, business development, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver best-in-class experiences for both our users and partners. You’ll report to the Senior Director of Product Management within the Ticketing Discovery team, driving strategy and execution of scalable solutions that extend Fandango’s reach through third-party platforms.

What You'll Do

As a Sr. Product Manager on our team, you will:

  • Define and Deliver: Craft clear, comprehensive product requirements for a suite of features, prioritizing the backlog in alignment with the product strategy and business objectives.
  • Enable Partnerships: Collaborate closely with Business Development and Partnerships teams to understand partner needs and translate them into scalable, impactful product solutions.
  • Align Stakeholders: Drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams, peers, and leadership around product vision, guiding principles, and priorities.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with BD, Marketing, Engineering, Decision Sciences, Finance, Exhibitor Relations, Customer Service, and other Product leads to identify opportunities, solve problems, and prioritize initiatives.
  • Discover & Innovate: Identify partner needs emerging tech trends, and market opportunities to deliver actionable, forward-thinking solutions.
  • Measure Success: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, and use insights to inform product decisions and optimize outcomes.
  • Own the Lifecycle: Guide products from concept through launch and iteration, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable value delivery.
  • Experiment & Learn: Form hypotheses and lead experimentation to validate ideas, improve KPIs, and evolve the product.
  • Drive the Roadmap: Shape and execute roadmap initiatives that deliver tangible user and business impact.

 

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering impactful digital products.
  • Experience in media, entertainment, e-commerce, or technology industries is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in launching products that support external partners or clients, with a focus on scalability and user experience.
  • Strong technical acumen, including hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, and platform architecture.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; a background in Computer Science or Engineering is a plus.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, manage, and optimize products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Skilled in communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across departments and maintain a positive, professional tone.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to evolving product strategy.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality.
  • Self-starter mentality with a willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Familiarity with test-driven and behavior-driven development, as well as agile methodologies like SCRUM; experience with JIRA preferred.
  • A genuine passion for entertainment and a desire to create engaging experiences for fans and partners.
