About this Position:

G-P is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Sr. Manager, Demand Generation to own global always-on acquisition strategy and funnel performance across paid channels. This role will manage a team of two demand generation managers and oversee external agencies and vendors to drive efficient, scalable pipeline growth aligned to revenue objectives. This role requires strong channel expertise, operational rigor, and a data-driven approach to continuous optimization.

What You Will Do: 

  • Strategy: Define and lead global acquisition strategy across PPC, paid social, content syndication, webinars, and chat. Ensure programs are aligned to pipeline goals and priorities.
  • Target Ownership: Own channel-level funnel targets for Direct Acquisition sales motion. Develop quarterly plans to achieve growth goals.
  • Lead & Funnel Management: Monitor end-to-end funnel performance across acquisition channels. Identify funnel leaks and conversion gaps.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Own relationship with paid media agencies and external vendors. Set performance targets, oversee budget allocation, monitor execution quality, and drive continuous efficiency improvements.
  • Testing & Optimization: Continuously analyze performance data, run structured tests, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution across channels.

What We Are Looking For:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing
  • PPC and paid media expertise: Strong experience in managing global and localized PPC campaigns, with a focus on lead generation and campaign optimization
  • Integrated Campaign Management: Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (PPC, email, content, etc.) to drive demand and align with broader business objectives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce to manage lead flow, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive data-driven decisions that improve outcomes.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive in identifying operational bottlenecks and proposing solutions to improve lead flow, routing, and data quality.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills with a collaborative attitude, working effectively with a cross-functional team.

The annual gross fixed pay range for this position is $132,000 - $165,000 plus variable compensation.

Our ranges are established using objective market benchmarking data for this level of work. Final placement within the range is determined by gender-neutral criteria, including the candidate's relevant skills, experience, and specific qualifications for the role.

Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:

  • Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary.
  • Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
