Responsibilities

 

  • Oversee daily operations in Die Fab, Assembly, Test, and BI manufacturing areas, ensuring safety and productivity.

 

  • Coordinate production control processes and optimize resource allocation for New Product Introductions (NPI).

 

  • Facilitate daily manufacturing meetings, preparing presentations and updates for cross-functional teams.

 

  • Collaborate closely with maintenance and manufacturing engineers to ensure operational efficiency.

 

  • Manage team performance through effective hiring, coaching, and communication strategies.

 

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain quality standards throughout processes.

 

  • Utilize analytical skills to address capacity constraints and manage bottlenecks proactively.

 

  • Support weekend shift operations and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on meeting deadlines.
     

Qualifications

Must-Have:

 

     

  • 5+ years in manufacturing management or industrial engineering

     

  • Leadership experience with emphasis on operator and technician supervision

     

  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels

     

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools

     

  • Experience with project management in a fast-paced environment

 

 

Nice-To-Have:

 

     

  • Knowledge of 5S Lean Manufacturing methodology

     

  • Familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control)

     

  • Experience in capacity constraint and bottleneck management

     

  • Understanding of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)

     

  • Background in training and documentation processes
