About the position: 

We are seeking a talented and versatile Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work on creating user experiences and interfaces for both web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and optimized experience across both platforms. You will focus on designing AI-native applications that deliver intuitive, visually appealing designs while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and developers to integrate cutting-edge AI features. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation and refinement of a unified design language/system that maintains consistency across all products and platforms.

 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process for both web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and cohesive user experience across devices.
  • Create wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes for both web and mobile applications that align with the product’s vision and business goals.
  • Contribute to and help refine a design language/system to ensure a unified visual and interaction design across all platforms and products.
  • Collaborate with AI and development teams to ensure seamless integration of AI-driven features into the user experience across platforms.
  • Design responsive and adaptive user interfaces that are optimized for different screen sizes and form factors, including web browsers, tablets, and smartphones.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve designs for both web and mobile.
  • Focus on designing user interactions that are smooth and intuitive, particularly around how AI features enhance user workflows.
  • Stay up to date on design trends, web and mobile platform guidelines, and industry standards.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design vision on both web and mobile platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio demonstrating strong design skills for both web and mobile applications.
  • Experience designing AI-driven or data-driven features, with an emphasis on seamless user interaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of design principles, usability, interaction design, and platform-specific guidelines for both iOS, Android, and web applications.
  • Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles, ensuring compatibility across various screen sizes and devices.
  • Experience in contributing to and refining design systems to ensure consistency across products.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Preferences:
  • Experience working on AI-driven apps or similar projects.
  • Familiarity with both iOS and Android mobile development processes.
  • Experience designing for industries such as HR, healthcare, education, or other sectors utilizing AI functionalities.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $137,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
