As our Senior Technical Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing our software build processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing build machines, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring seamless software delivery. - Manage and optimize build machines for performance and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve build machine issues promptly.
- Create and maintain large codebases or multiple repositories.
- Implement efficient version control and repository organization.
- Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for streamlined software delivery.
- Develop and manage private cloud infrastructure for build servers.
- Understand and manage private and public cloud environment differences.
- Manage user access and permissions for build systems and repositories.
- Estimate and allocate resources for developers and build processes.
- Plan and execute software migration across platforms without disrupting development.
NIFN2026
- BE/B.Tech in ECE/EEE/CSE or similar field of study
- 10+ Years of relevant experience in build systems and tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
- Strong understanding of SDLC and DevOps practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and private cloud solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of Git-based platforms (GitHub, GitLab) and repository management.
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems for build environments.
- Expertise in resource estimation and system performance optimization.
- Deep understanding of 32-bit and 64-bit architectures, compilers, and toolchains.
- Proven experience in cross-platform software migration and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teamwork.
