The Crown Is Yours
We are scaling rapidly and are seeking a Senior Product Researcher to join our dynamic Sportsbook team. This role is critical in driving a deep understanding of our users and shaping exceptional customer experiences through data-driven insights. You will work closely with product managers, designers, analytics, and operations to inform decision-making and optimize the user experience for millions of passionate sports fans.
What you’ll do as a Senior Product Researcher

Design, plan, and execute end-to-end user research initiatives, utilizing a mix of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, such as usability testing, interviews, surveys

Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle

Partner with product managers, product designers, analysts, and operations partners to integrate research insights and improve the customer experience

Communicate actionable insights and recommendations through reports and presentations

Dive deep into customer needs and motivations to identify pain points and opportunities for delight

Continuously monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape to benchmark best practices and innovations
What you’ll bring

Ideally, you have 5+ years of experience as a hands-on researcher for digital products, preferably in a lead role or central point of contact for a large product area with many stakeholders

Expertise in a wide range of user research methods and tools, including customer interviews, usability testing, surveys (ideally some knowledge of MaxDiff methodology)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights and recommendations

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership

Familiarity with research tools such as UserTesting, Alchemer, and Dovetail

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field
