The Role

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Product Management professional to grow our successful and rapidly growing intelligence platform for multi-family owners and operators. ApartmentIQ is the industry’s only source of daily, unit-level competitive intelligence. We track over 10M units delivering the most accurate, up-to-date rent rate and leasing data available to multifamily operators today. 

Our ideal candidate will be collaborative, organized, and intuitive. You will play a critical role in shaping our product strategy and driving the successful execution of our roadmap.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap to grow the customer base, drive incremental revenue, and retain customers.
  • Work with Product leadership to define and execute product requirements for new features and products.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to generate business insights.
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver best-in-class products on time.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process from discovery to launch. 
  • Define key product metrics and performance indicators to measure product success.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and maximize product impact.
  • Engage with customers to understand buyer and user needs, and diagnose customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on field enablement and go-to-market activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and optimize product execution processes.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, experience in a high-growth B2B company or high-growth B2B SaaS startup is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in analytics, economics principles, and competitive analysis  in past roles, leading to measurable business impact.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach identifying, defining, and prioritizing problems, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing startup environment.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with project management experience.
  • Passion for innovation, innate curiosity, and building products that solve real customer problems.
