Overview
About the Team - Fulfillment is focused on ensuring that supply and demand is balanced across the Instacart platform and that our shoppers and retailers have the tools to pick, pack and deliver high quality orders.
About the Roles -
We are currently seeking three roles:
- Matching and Positioning: Own the products and policies that inform which shoppers get offered which batches, ensuring we deliver high quality and fast fulfillment for our customers, reliable access to work and earnings for our shoppers.
About You
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline
- 3+ years of experience in product management
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast paced startup environment strongly preferred
