The Role:
As a Senior Product Designer at Vivian Health, you'll be at the forefront of redefining how healthcare professionals explore future career opportunities and how employers connect with potential candidates.
Your role will involve:
- Leading end-to-end design initiatives across multiple platforms
- Collaborating with the Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to design solutions that prioritize healthcare professionals
- Utilizing both qualitative and quantitative research methods to assess user needs, in partnership with the Product Management and Research teams
- Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to address identified pain points and iterating upon them for optimal solutions
- A relentless focus on customer obsession, with the ability to empathize with healthcare professionals and understand the dynamics between employers and recruiters
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in designing digital products, preferably in Fintech or Healthtech
- Design thinking with a keen eye for identifying product and experience flaws
- An inquisitive mindset, always seeking to understand the "why" behind feature requests
- Proficiency in digital design tools, with a preference for Figma
- A strong design aesthetic, with experience in visual design, design systems, or illustration
Nice to Haves:
- Portfolio demonstrating creativity, process, and innovation in UX and visual design
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
The benefits & perks:
The base range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 yearly salary, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule. Unfortunately we are not able to offer any visa support at this time.
