The estimated salary range for this position is $76,000 to $85,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).

- Thoroughly understands UL Solutions or similar, databases, systems and tools, and has the ability to freely pull-out data needed for requested analysis and reports.
- Understands supported industries and their needs to conduct quantitative and qualitative pricing analysis in high quality or ad-hoc.
- Is familiar with all kinds of basic pricing analysis and has the ability to conduct accurate and independent analysis in a timely matter.
- Provides management or industry leads with quality pricing data, analysis, trends, risks and opportunities, and also acts as the expert for the supported industries.
- Performs statistics and mathematical metrics, in order to conduct elasticity analysis, value-drive analysis, profitability analysis, regression analysis, auditing analysis, and competitive analysis.
- Gathers required data for business needs, and assists pricing managers or leads with key account analysis and pricing measurements.
- Provides and generates pricing reports, industry trend reports and market analysis, global account reports, ad-hoc reports, and other on-going reporting activities.
- Provides pricing tool testing, development, and maintenance.
- Supports ad-hoc projects and/or analysis, and ensures the accuracy and integrity of the data.
- Enhances horizontal collaboration across all UL business units.
- This role is hyrbid out of Northbrook, IL, Chicago, IL, Raleigh, NC, or Princeton, NJ
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in business, finance, or a related discipline plus generally three to fiveyears of directly related work experience.
- Experience with regression modeling, price elasticity, and price vs volume analysis required.
- Familiarity with PowerBI or similar tools to gather data and reports.
- Creating dashboards is preferred but not required.
- Partnering with the business to understand and interpret future analytics.
