About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior People Operations Analyst to join our growing Planning, Operations and Analytics team. In this role, you will play a key role in using data to drive insights and inform decisions related to our most valuable asset: our people.

This is not just another analyst role. You will be a strategic partner, working closely with leaders across the organization (including senior leadership) to identify critical business challenges and use people data to tell the story behind the numbers. You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Influence impactful decisions: Your analyses will directly inform key initiatives in areas like talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, diversity & inclusion, and organizational design, ultimately shaping the future of our company.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with teams across the organization, including HR, Finance, and business unit leaders, to understand their needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Gain senior leadership support: Present your findings and recommendations directly to senior leaders, with the opportunity to influence their strategic decisions and drive meaningful change.
  • Drive our company's trajectory: Be a part of a team that is transforming how we leverage people data to achieve our business goals and create a world-class employee experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science).
  • 7+ years of experience in a people analytics or related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional skills in Excel and Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., R, Python).
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with BigQuery
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Pay Transparency:

This job posting may span more than one career level.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base pay range for this position is:

$190,800$267,100 USD
