NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Manager, Web Strategy to join the Growth Go-to-Market team within its direct-to-consumer digital video streaming business. You will report to the Director, Web Strategy, will lead experimentation strategy and own the logged-out PeacockTV.com experience (including homepage and landing pages) as a key acquisition surface, guiding a cross-functional roadmap and a team responsible for execution.

You will need to be a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with high attention to detail, maintaining and prioritizing a roadmap of experiments based on evolving business goals. Ideally, you are an expert in leading cross-functional workflows and CMS-based conversion-focused web experiences and have a passion for experimentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead experimentation strategy, roadmap, and testing philosophy for experimentation on PeacockTV.com, prioritizing experiments that have the greatest potential for business growth
  • Demonstrate strong POV on the future of experimentation and develop action plan for moving the business toward it
  • Guide and optimize partnerships with experiment, personalization, and acquisition tooling vendors to maximize business growth and ROI
  • Translate experiment results into actionable insights to influence future strategies for web and across the business
  • Partner with multiple cross-functional teams (Commerce Product, Product Marketing Design, Product Marketing Strategy, Platform Operations, Decision Sciences, Performance Marketing, and Legal) to strategize and execute go-to-market plans for major content moments on our website
  • Leverage analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, heatmap tooling, etc.) to track page performance, user behavior, and conversion trends, to generate insights and inform future experimentation strategies
  • Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to identify new opportunities for innovation and best practices
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team focused on experiment ideation and execution and landing page strategy and development 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in web production, experimentation strategy and execution, content marketing, or digital strategy, preferably within a media environment
  • 2+ years working with personalization and/or AI tooling to help execute experiments
  • Deep experience leveraging CMS and experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely) to drive acquisition and conversion performance
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools to generate insights and inform experimentation strategy
  • Expert in landing page and content marketing concepts, including SEO, user experience, and paid marketing and website-focused goals and KPIs 
  • Experience managing complex workflows and prioritization using project management tools (e.g., Airtable or similar)
  • Experience working in Figma (or similar tools) to guide landing page strategy, UX, and design direction
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex concepts, data, and requirements into clear, actionable insights and communicate effectively to cross-functional team stakeholders
  • Strong ability to guide and optimize partnerships amongst cross-functional partners, influencing decisions, and driving alignment to achieve business growth
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Additional Requirements: 

  • Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

  • Salary range: $120,000 - $145,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible)
