With a strong commercial mindset and industry fluency, the Senior Manager influences innovation roadmaps, sharpens positioning, and ensures offerings are differentiated and competitive.
This position operates at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and market execution. The Senior Industry Marketing Manager leads and develops a high‑performing team, defines how the organization shows up in critical industries, and turns insight into sustained growth.
ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time, hybrid (3 days a week in-office) position and can be located in any US based UL office.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing industry marketing team responsible for go‑to‑market strategy, planning, and execution across multiple industry verticals
- Own pipeline and closed/won growth and market expansion objectives, translating business priorities into focused, actionable go‑to‑market plans
- Apply deep understanding of industry trends, regulations, customer buying behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy and accelerate adoption
- Serve as the executive owner and primary author of the industry marketing plan, aligning stakeholders and driving clarity across the organization
- Act as a strategic integrator, partnering closely with product, sales, and the broader Marketing organization to deliver cohesive, high‑impact execution
- Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing, communication or a related field, plus generally more than eight years of experience including three years or more of relevant management/leadership experience

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $145,000 to $180,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 20% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
