The Role:
DailyPay is seeking a passionate, accountable, and motivated Sr. Implementation Project Manager to join our growing team. The Sr. Implementation Project Manager’s role includes initiating, planning, and executing key deliverables throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring our strategic projects meet or exceed timeline estimates and client success expectations. The successful candidate will be one who utilizes leadership, clear communication, and project management skills to positively influence project teams and own the overall success of DailyPay’s strategic implementations.
The Senior Project Manager is a key resource, managing the entire implementation lifecycle and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high quality implementation outcomes.

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Work closely with core project teams comprising Client Success Managers (responsible for the business relationship) and Strategic Implementation Managers (responsible for product configuration and systems integration) as well as extended teams within the organization to ensure timely and seamless onboarding experience for our clients
- Own the project as a lead point-of-contact for both internal and external client teams during implementation
- Provide strategic alignment and increase visibility across DailyPay’s portfolio of active implementations
- Create structure and transparency to keep project team organized and aligned: provide consistent communications and follow-ups to keep teams aligned on project progress and overall status
- Continuously refine project management methodology, best practices, and team standards
- Develop and manage organizational process assets and tools to gain efficiencies across projects
- Analyze project risks and provide mitigation strategies and recommendations when they arise
What You Bring to The Team:
- Bachelor’s Degree and Equivalent Experience
- 5+ years of project management experience, including managing multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, critical thinker with the ability to prioritize and flexibility to adjust in an evolving environment
- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and technologies
- Strong, client-facing organizational and teamwork skills
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with implementation of payroll or timekeeping systems is nice to have
- PMP or PM certification(s) preferred

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
