We are looking for a talented Senior Django Developer who will play a key role in architecting and developing advanced AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, extensive experience in AI technologies, and a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, architect, and develop robust AI models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.
• Implement scalable and efficient AI solutions using Python and related libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on AI solutions for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for AI development and deployment.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Django programming.
• Proven experience in designing and developing AI solutions, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with relevant libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of AI algorithms, data structures, and software architecture principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying AI models in production environments is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
