The Role:

As Senior Director, Strategic Relationships, Consumer Financial Solutions you will play a critical role in developing and executing DailyPay's partnership strategy within the consumer financial solutions space. This includes identifying, evaluating, and securing partnerships with leading fintech companies, financial institutions, and other strategic partners to expand DailyPay's reach and enhance our product offerings. You will report directly to the SVP of Consumer Financial Solutions.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy: Identify and prioritize potential partners in the consumer financial solutions space, including fintech companies, banks, credit unions, and other relevant organizations
  • Lead partnership negotiations: Structure, negotiate, and close complex partnership agreements that drive mutual value and align with DailyPay's strategic objectives
  • Build and manage relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations to foster collaboration and ensure long-term success
  • Support partner integration and launch: Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on integration of partner solutions with DailyPay's platform, ensuring seamless user experience and timely launch of joint initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each partnership, identify areas for improvement, and optimize partnership performance to maximize ROI
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the consumer financial solutions landscape
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, legal, and operations, to ensure successful implementation of partnerships

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Proven track record: 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field, with a focus on consumer financial solutions
  • Strong network: Existing relationships with key players in the fintech and financial services industries
  • Strategic thinker: Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills: Ability to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Results-oriented: Strong drive to achieve results and exceed expectations
  • Collaborative spirit: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues
  • Passion for fintech: Genuine interest in the evolving landscape of financial technology and its impact on consumers

United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
