About the Position

You are a Senior Manager of Demand Generation & Campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue growth across our enterprise and mid-market segments. You’ll lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns that blend Account-Based Marketing (ABM), digital demand generation, and SEO-driven programs. This role is equal parts strategic and hands-on—ideal for a metrics-obsessed marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

A Day in Your Life

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute full-funnel demand generation programs that drive awareness, acquisition, and acceleration across both named accounts and broader segments.
  • Lead integrated campaigns using a mix of channels: paid media, SEO, email, content syndication, display, social, webinars, events, partners, and direct mail.
  • Align messaging and strategy across top-down (executive) and bottom-up (user/SDR-driven) motions, supporting both land and expand plays.
  • Responsible for all organic social media channels and growth metrics.

ABM & Personalization

  • Design and manage account-based programs using platforms like 6sense, Demandbase, to prioritize accounts and personalize engagement.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to build persona and account-specific assets (e.g., landing pages, case studies, nurture streams).

Website Management, SEO & Organic Growth

  • Full ownership of the company website and digital engagement tools, including chatbots, minisites, and landing pages, ensuring they are optimized for performance, personalization, and conversion across the buyer journey.
  • Use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to inform content strategy and track performance.

Sales & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure tight alignment on target audiences, messaging, and campaign goals.
  • Provide sales enablement support (e.g., talking points, ABM outreach materials) to maximize conversion.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Define and track KPIs (e.g., MQLs, account engagement, pipeline contribution, CAC) using dashboards and reports to measure and improve performance.
  • Continuously A/B test campaigns and optimize tactics across channels to improve ROI.

Tech Stack & Process

  • Use tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense/Demandbase, WordPress, and Canva to plan, launch, and scale campaigns efficiently.
  • Leverage GenAI and marketing automation to increase throughput and personalization at scale.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth, or ABM marketing, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to run integrated, ROI-positive campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Hands-on experience with ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase), marketing automation (Marketo), and CRM (Salesforce)
  • Strong understanding of website tools, CRO, SEO and its role in organic acquisition strategy
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in campaign reporting, funnel metrics, and performance dashboards
  • Collaborative, proactive communicator who works well cross-functionally
  • Tech-forward and resourceful—comfortable using GenAI, WordPress, and Canva to self-execute when needed

We offer several perks that include flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, stock options, paid parental leave, and WFH and phone stipend.

The pay range for this position is $160,000 - $190,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
