We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing scalable and maintainable applications using TypeScript and React. As a Senior Developer, you will lead complex projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define technical solutions and implement business requirements.

Develop and optimize backend services using Python, Flask, and MongoDB.

Provide technical leadership by setting coding standards, conducting code reviews, and mentoring team members.

Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.

Implement automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Ensure application performance, security, and accessibility standards are met.

Participate in sprint planning, technical debt discussions, and product demos.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.

Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, Redux, and Material UI.

Experience working with backend technologies such as Python, Flask, and MongoDB or PostgreSQL.

Knowledge of Docker for containerization and Git for version control.

Experience in building accessible and responsive web applications (a11y).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proven ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical initiatives.

Familiarity with performance monitoring tools like Datadog.
