Senior developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing scalable and maintainable applications using TypeScript and React. As a Senior Developer, you will lead complex projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define technical solutions and implement business requirements.

• Develop and optimize backend services using Python, Flask, and MongoDB.

• Provide technical leadership by setting coding standards, conducting code reviews, and mentoring team members.

• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.

• Implement automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.

• Ensure application performance, security, and accessibility standards are met.

• Participate in sprint planning, technical debt discussions, and product demos.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, Redux, and Material UI.

• Experience working with backend technologies such as Python, Flask, and MongoDB or PostgreSQL.

• Knowledge of Docker for containerization and Git for version control.

• Experience in building accessible and responsive web applications (a11y).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proven ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical initiatives.

• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools like Datadog.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare or financial services industry.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of system design and architecture.
