The Role

We are looking for a passionate Senior Content & Social Media Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing team here at Immersive Labs. In this role, you will work for the Senior Director of Marketing Communications and Content – as well as with other cross-functional teams – to develop and execute our content and social media marketing programs supporting demand generation and brand awareness. You will be responsible for managing an editorial calendar and producing a steady stream of impactful blog and social media posts, whitepapers, eBooks, videos, infographics, and other content assets across channels to help build our Cyber Workforce Resilience category. 

In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external experts and customers to define the buyer’s journey and use key learnings to create effective thought leadership and tactical content.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with marketing, research and specialist team leads to deliver integrated digital content that supports the wider business Objectives and Key Results - from creation to delivery

  • Help develop and own strategic content marketing and social media marketing editorial calendars

  • Manage our Linkedin and X (Twitter) channels in partnership with our People team

  • Serve as a lead project manager for content marketing initiatives

  • Execute projects that enhance brand awareness, reputation and position within our marketplace

  • Measure and analyze content effectiveness to continually improve the impact of our content marketing programs

  • Institute processes and procedures to improve content production efficiency and scale, including organizing and curating content so that it is easily accessible to other internal teams

  • Keep up-to-date with content and social media marketing best practices, especially in the cybersecurity space

Who You Are

  • Ample experience developing impactful digital content, preferably within the cybersecurity space 

  • Experience analyzing content effectiveness via content views, leads generated, MQLs, SQLs, and Marketing-generated deals

  • Ability to translate otherwise complex concepts into compelling narratives, including using data to develop compelling stories 

  • Customer-centric approach, including creatively building intrigue and exciting current and future customers

  • Exceptional writing and editing proficiency

  • Outstanding project management skills and experience

  • Understanding of high-growth technology company culture/business strategy 

  • Experience working within WordPress and other social tools

  • Strong business acumen and professionalism

  • Ability to be a self-starter and problem-solver
