The Role:

DailyPay Procurement is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to establish effective governance and execution of DailyPay’s strategic sourcing strategy. We are seeking a candidate with experience leading stakeholder engagements while leading strategic sourcing engagements across a wide range of business lines including Professional Services, HR Services, Marketing Services as well as Tech. The Procurement team is growing and we are looking for an innovator who understands the complexity of a SaaS organization and can ensure customer satisfaction. The Procurement Manager will be an expert practitioner in the tools and processes for creating competitive sourcing environments with a strong bias for decision-making rooted in data and analytics.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive cost-effective procurement practices
  • Lead the development and execution of sourcing processes, tools, and training to drive sourcing best practices and consistency
  • Monitor and control procurement budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and budgetary restrictions
  • Partner with Legal, Information Security, Compliance, and Finance departments to negotiate and lead the execution of medium to high complexity contractual terms and conditions, detailed statements of work, pricing, and service levels agreements
  • Development of strategic sourcing initiatives through the introduction of a competitive marketplace, demand management, and supplier consolidation
  • Own the full strategic sourcing cycle, including supplier identification and selection, price negotiation, contract negotiations, and stakeholder engagements
  • Develop processes, tools, and standards to help support global vendor management including RFQ/RFI templates, onboarding workflows, risk assessments and certification reviews, performance tracking, cost analytics, and SLA performance management tools (scorecards and dashboards)

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 7+ years of experience in Procurement 
  • Strong project management, problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of identifying and implementing improvements to sourcing processes including Source to Pay systems
  • Experience running sourcing events across multiple industry categories, including professional services and SaaS
  • Experience with gathering and ensuring customer requirements are met during the sourcing process across multiple business lines
  • Experience communicating with senior management and responding to their inquiries and requests
  • Excellent communication and time management skills; able to communicate issues and solutions to diverse audiences

Nice to Haves:

  • 4-year degree with Finance, Business Administration, or Supplier Management major
  • Experience with contract management systems
  • Knowledge/experience on US and UK markets etc

Pay Transparency.  DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
