As a senior administrative assistant, you will support multiple executive level leaders and will leverage your communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills to ensure your leaders and their teams are supported to do their best work.  

As a senior administrative assistant, you will…

•    Support executive level leaders with high customer service, interpersonal savvy and efficiency
•    Provide leadership influence and support to leaders, partners and your peer admin support team to continuously improve productivity, communication and morale
•    Schedule executive travel in compliance with existing policies and procedures, and proactively address all aspects of executive’s travel such as currency, weather, culture and locale to ensure executive’s effective use of time and resources
•    Partner as a team member of the broader PRO admin community to organize, host, and/or facilitate activities such as team and cross-functional meetings, conferences and department activities
•    Provide support and resources to departmental hiring managers for new partner onboarding

  • Progressive administrative experience or Starbucks store manager experience (7+ years)

  • Experience managing calendars and email on MS Outlook (7+ years)

  • Project or event management (7+ years)

  • Fast-paced environment (7+ years)

  • Domestic and international travel arrangement (7+ years)

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.  For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

 

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.  At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
