- Operate and maintain multiple automated wafer fabrication equipment to ensure seamless production.
- Execute wafer fab processes with precision, adhering to all specifications and documented procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with Production and Wafer Fab Engineering Teams to resolve production and tool issues.
- Monitor and meet on-time production schedules and goals within the Photonic Integrated Circuit (PIC) department.
- Engage in data entry tasks related to production transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus on safety and quality standards.
- Demonstrate strong hand-eye coordination for handling fragile wafers during loading and unloading processes.
- Support and mentor new team members to foster a collaborative team culture and continuous improvement.
You have:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience with automated wafer fab equipment
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
It would be nice if you also had:
- Previous experience in semiconductor manufacturing
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols
- Basic knowledge of data entry and production reporting
- Proven hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
