We're looking for a Security Trust Analyst to join Webflow's Security Compliance Team and be a crucial bridge between our security program and our customers' success. This isn't just a documentation role - you'll be the primary security representative for high-stakes customer due diligence, collaborating closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, Legal, and Product teams. 

You will directly influence customer decisions by translating Webflow’s innovative security practices into clear, accurate, and high-quality documentation, accelerating deals and solidifying our reputation as a trusted, secure platform that is redefining the web.

About the role:
  • Location: Remote-first (United States)
    • Must be based in the Eastern time zone

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $118,000 - $158,000
      • Zone B: $111,000 - $148,500
      • Zone C: $103,500 - $139,000

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Security Compliance

As a Security Trust Analyst, you’ll … 

  • Help enable Sales and Solution Engineering teams by responding to customer and prospect security questions in a timely, consistent, and customer-friendly way.
  • Maintain our knowledge repository and artifacts for customer due diligence activities, including establishing security whitepapers and security documents.
  • Handling customer security questionnaires and, as needed, participate in customer calls to represent Webflow’s security and compliance posture.
  • Manage the trust center and effective access management and overall artifact representation to enable customer trust" or something to that effect.
  • Continuously improve the quality, clarity, and usability of security content with a customer-first mindset and focus on user experience.
  • Continually gather feedback and improve the experience and effectiveness of security sales enablement content.

About you:

Requirements:

  • 2-4+ years experience in Compliance and/or Security Sales Enablement or relevant work experience.
  • Knowledgeable in security compliance fundamentals, including common frameworks & regulations
