Description

About Us:

Multi Media, LLC is a leading provider of innovative online platforms and services, with Chaturbate as our flagship product. Our platform empowers independent broadcasters to engage with their fans through live streaming, chat, community forums, and exclusive digital content. As pioneers in live streaming, we push the boundaries of technology to deliver secure, scalable, and immersive experiences that impact over 100 million monthly active users worldwide.

The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Cloud IAM Security Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead the design and implementation of identity and access management (IAM) solutions to secure user and service identities across our cloud and hybrid infrastructure. You'll work across teams to strengthen access controls, adopt modern authentication methods, and promote a Zero Trust approach to identity security.

This is a hands-on engineering role with the opportunity to shape our IAM strategy and contribute directly to the security posture of a platform on a global scale.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll work across infrastructure, application, and security teams to implement scalable identity solutions, drive automation, and ensure secure, efficient asset access management. Your immediate focus is on building out the Employee Identity / Identity Lifecycle Management functions. Other areas include Cloud Identity Management, Application and third-party Identity, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Compliance.

  • Design and implement secure, scalable IAM solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Drive the adoption of Zero Trust principles using cloud-native identity tools (e.g., GCP, AWS).
  • Develop, maintain, and audit IAM governance frameworks, focusing on identity lifecycle, RBAC, provisioning, and least privilege.
  • Automate risk-based access controls, adaptive authentication, and identity workflows using scripting and integration tools.
  • Design and implement Just-in-Time (JIT) access to enforce least privilege and reduce standing permissions.
  • Lead the adoption of SSO and modern authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML) for secure and scalable access.
  • Collaborate across teams to integrate IAM into infrastructure, applications, and workflows.
  • Document IAM practices, mentor team members, and promote security awareness across the org.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
Requirements

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with IAM tools and technologies, especially with Google tools.
  • Proven expertise in implementing and securing IAM solutions in cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, Azure, and Entra ID.
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM security best practices, identity governance, and access management policies.
  • Experience with IAM protocols such as SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, and identity federation.
  • Strong coding/scripting skills (e.g.,Python, Go) for automation and tool integration
  • Hands-on experience in conducting security risk assessments and threat modeling for IAM systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Bonus Points:

  • Preferred Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or other relevant IAM/security certification.
Benefits

What We Offer:

  • Fair and competitive base salary
  • Fully Remote Optional
  • We share success—our bonus program scales with company performance, offering up to 20-30% in achievable bonuses, with potential for 90%!
  • Health, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurances for you and any dependents, with policy premiums covered by the Company
