  • Compile post-event reports with attendance numbers and feedback
  • Send internal communications like Slack messages and email reminders
  • Support the Events Manager in making each event successful from planning to execution

What you'll bring:

  • 3-5 years of event coordination experience, with experience handling large events required
  • Spreadsheet expertise for tracking and organizing event details
  • A problem-solving mindset that thrives under pressure
  • Clear, concise communication skills
  • Experience supporting B2B sales teams (beneficial)
  • Embraces our company’s core operating principles, can represent our brand and culture effectively through thoughtful and seamless execution of these key in-person gatherings.

If you're detail-oriented, organized, and find joy in creating memorable experiences behind the scenes, we'd love to chat!
