We're seeking a dynamic, highly organized Coordinator to play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and poise. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
This is a temporary assignment of approximately six months and follows a hybrid work model, with onsite presence required in our Pawtucket, RI office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Hasbro will be relocating its headquarters to Boston’s Seaport District this fall, at which point this role will transition to the new HQ location.
What You’ll Do
- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, and handle scheduling changes with efficiency.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, transportation, lodging, and expense reconciliation.
- Procurement & Finance: Create and process purchase orders (POs), track budgets or expenses, and ensure accurate and timely approvals.
- Meeting & Event Logistics: Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and agendas; manage logistics for team meetings, offsites, and events.
- Ad Hoc Assistance: Support special projects and confidential initiatives as requested by senior leaders.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years of administrative, coordinator, or executive support experience, preferably supporting senior or C-level executives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with expense and procurement systems preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
Please note that this is a temporary assignment providing services to Hasbro through an external staffing agency. You will be employed by as a W2 employee and will not be an employee of Hasbro.
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the hourly pay range for this role. The hourly range for this position is $20.80-$31.20 per hour. The hiring rate will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and market conditions.
