As a Quality Assurance Specialist within PNC's Lending Technology - Home Lending Originations organization, you will be remotely based in the New York market. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Previous PNC contracting experience is preferred.
As a Quality Assurance Specialist within PNC's Lending Technology - Home Lending Originations you will work with other crew members to test newly implemented system configuration and code changes related to First Mortgage and Home Equity products.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Participate in identifying, evaluating, and planning of systems test strategies to meet our business needs and standards.
- Actively participate in daily stand ups, retros and demonstrations of product output.
- Support crews in Agile@PNC methodologies.
- Escalate to appropriate resource when issues occur.

1. Test Automation Tools – BitBucket, IntelliJ, Postman
2. ADO Experience
3. JIRA Experience
4. Microsoft Office Applications
5. Light Programming for Automation, Java

Job Description
  • Participates in the quality assurance process; follows procedures to ensure that all software products and components meet company standards and client requirements.
  • Performs code inspections, walk-throughs, design, and test-readiness reviews.
  • Reviews software and project documentation for completeness and adherence to standards.
  • Works on problem resolutions and reports progress to management. Plans, executes, and summarizes reliability and validation test cases; interfaces with developers on test results.
  • Assists in audits and reviews. Writes and executes test plans and cases for testing of software.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $45,000.00 – $110,500.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
