Job Description
As the Public Sector Business Management Analyst, you will provide critical support to the ServiceNow Federal, State & Local Government, and Education Sales Team across multiple areas. This position will report to the Public Sector Chief of Staff and focus on driving the operational aspects of our business.
What you get to do in this role:

• Drive Our Culture
  • Implement Public Sector communication plan, including Town Halls, offsites, newsletters, microsites, The Network posts, and other communication vehicles
  • Manage onboarding program for new joiners to the Public Sector Sales Team
  • Support Public Sector Culture Council to help drive participation, coordinate and plan activities, and enhance communication
  • Work closely with the Vienna Office Site Lead to coordinate, plan, and execute activities

• Manage Our Business
  • Manage agenda, logistics, and material preparation for recurring meetings (e.g., Monthly Business Reviews, Forecast Calls, 10-Minute Ticker)
  • Support implementation of corporate programs (Five Star Mission, NPS, High Five, Account Planning)
  • Support partnerships with Public Sector-specific vendors (e.g., GovWin, Leadership Connect, Bloomberg)
  • Other duties, as requested by the Public Sector Sales Leadership Team

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

• 5+ years of related professional experience is a MUST
• Experience supporting or working with Federal or State and Local Governments clients is a MUST
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance is a MUST
• Ability to interface and negotiate with senior executives

• High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and ability to work well under pressure
• Strong facilitation and communication skills - both written and verbal
