We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Project Manager to oversee website and mobile app development projects. The Project Manager will work closely with our development team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans using Asana and Harvest.
  • Coordinate project activities, including design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Manage project scope, identify and address scope creep.
  • Conduct regular meetings with team members to review project progress and address any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure projects adhere to established quality standards and best practices.
  • Provide leadership and support to project team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in website and mobile app development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana and time tracking software like Harvest.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of website development and mobile app development processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
