About the Role

As the Product Marketing Manager for Commerce, you will be responsible for the global, end-to-end marketing of commerce products that empower creators to earn money while engaging their audiences.  You will be developing go-to-market plans that educate them about the opportunities these products create, and guide them through adoption and best practices based on their journey. You will partner closely with the Commerce and Money Product teams to bring innovative new features and frameworks to market, developing a strategy that is based on the needs of the audience and bringing together a cross-functional team to bring that strategy to life. 

You will demonstrate a mastery of consumer insights to develop a strategy, bring together cross-functional stakeholders to execute on these plans, and will confidently align senior product leadership and C-Suite executives around those plans. You will understand market trends, the competitive landscape, and have experience leveraging those to positively drive consumer sentiment and adoption of features. You will thrive in a fast-paced product development environment. You will report to the Senior Director of Product Marketing within the larger GTM Marketing team. 

You can work in San Francisco, CA; Irvine, CA; New York, NY; or Seattle, WA.

You Will:
  • Oversee the development of go-to-market strategy for new product features on Twitch, working closely with research to align the strategy to customer needs and insights
  • Guide a team of cross-functional stakeholders (including Product, Marketing, Data Science, PR, Design, Engineering and more) to deliver effective marketing launches
  • Embed yourself on the product team to develop and influence the product roadmap based on highest customer needs and insights
  • Manage internal creative partners to ensure quality, on-budget, on-time delivery of marketing programs and assets across multiple channels
You Have:
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a corporate or startup environment
  • 2+ years in a marketing capacity at a technology company
  • Experience partnering with and influencing Product Management, Research & Analytics, Comms, and senior executives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market.
