We are seeking a talented and experienced Part-Time Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product roadmap. The Part-Time Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into actionable product plans.
- Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and enhance existing products.
- Track and measure product performance metrics, gather feedback, and iterate on product features and functionality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and provide ongoing support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Experience with product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).Product Management certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) (preferred).
