Job Description

The ServiceNow Security Organization (SSO):

The ServiceNow Security Organization (SSO) delivers world-class, innovative security solutions to reduce risk and protect the company and our customers. We enable our customers to migrate their most sensitive data and workloads to the cloud, accelerating our business so that we are the most trusted SaaS provider. We create an environment where our employees are proud to work and can make a positive impact    

What you get to do in this role : 

  • Define and execute the NoN security strategy and roadmap, ensuring the implementation of new products or major changes in our Security Operations solution team to create stories to meet the needs of our customers. 

  • Work closely with the BU, SSO dev, and Security sales teams to deliver security solutions, and with security teams to ensure we are the best users of our own products, including Sec-Ops, IRM, and data protection products. 

  • Conduct market research and engage with sales and customers to understand their needs, workflows, and pain points, informing product decisions and creating a competitive framework. 

  • Develop and deliver NoN Security, Data Protection and Risk stories, sales assets, and enablement that helps drive Security revenue based on our implementation and enhancements. 

  • Act as the SME, providing demonstrations, speaking engagements, and enablement of others in SSO and Sales. 

  • Communicate critical messages and engage with diverse functional stakeholders throughout the story and family and store release lifecycle. 

  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding program progress, risks, and outcomes. 

  • Lead efforts across different groups of team members and influence both inside and outside your team. 

  • Act as a spokesperson for ServiceNow Security and Data protection products and solutions to internal and external audiences, including sales kickoff, sales training, executive briefing center, Knowledge, events, webinars, industry conferences, and analyst briefings. 

  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey the product vision, write user stories, and interact with stakeholders. 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. 

  • Be familiar with cloud platforms, enterprise security maturity models and Agile SDLC, as many customers deploy our solutions across platforms including ServiceNow, AWS, GCP, and Azure. 

  • Manage multiple, complex, interrelated projects and programs with tight deadlines and cross-team dependencies and create and manage project roadmaps to ensure alignment with the company's objectives and priorities. 

  • Influence and lead without direct authority, aligning diverse teams towards common goals. 

  • Be familiar with tools like PowerPoint, video creation/editing, Power BI and others for analyzing data related to project performance. 

  • Inspire and lead teams without direct authority and be comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments. 

  • Have extensive experience in security, ServiceNow, program & product management, and marketing. 

  • Possess strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high-impact activities. 

  • Have experience defining and capturing product requirements, converting them to stories, and transforming them into customer-valued guidance and content. 

  • Have a deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
