As a Principal Maintenance Manager at Nokia, your core mission is to manage maintenance a set of RL1 HW products or act as a single point of contacts to care, market and customer teams and interact with customers. This role requires a strong technical background to complete its overall management responsibilities. In this role you will be contributing to customer escalations and interacting with the customer. The role has direct contribution to customer KPi’s.
 

Responsibilities
  • Principal Maintenance Manager is a senior technical manager role in RL1 Maintenance
  • Leads key and complex maintenance activities that positively contribute to business or operation impact
  • Is responsible for maintenance performance with respect to financial and operational KPIs such as cost, timelines, revenue, assets, and customer satisfaction.
  • Owns and manages customer relationship for assigned scope in RL1 maintenance
  • Collaborate with diverse teams globally to deliver maintenance solutions, managing task forces across different time zones
  • Engage maintenance stakeholders to maintenance solutions and ensures proper communication to stakeholders
  • Monitors, reports and optimizes RL1 maintenance in alignment with relevant processes and tools providing sufficient operational visibility to stakeholders
  • Determines the causes to any perceived deviation and anticipates risks and evaluates related financial and customer satisfaction impacts.
Qualifications

You have:

  • 15+ years of experience in HW development, HW maintenance, Radio Solution Management or Product Management
  • Doctoral, master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Expertise in one of the main Engineering domains

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experience in interacting with market areas
  • Experience of complex problem solving
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex relationships
