About The Position
As a Partner Success Manager, you will be a foundational player in shaping how we build, scale, and sustain successful partnerships. You will work directly with strategic partners in a highly dynamic environment, helping them co-create value through our evolving solutions. You will drive outcomes by building and testing partner engagement models, advocating internally for partner needs, and acting as a strategic connector between Product, GTM, and Partner teams. Your work will strengthen partner relationships, build scalable processes, and ultimately help keep production lines running across the industrial landscape. This position is Remote. The desired time zones are Eastern US and Central US.
A Day In Your Life
- You thrive in ambiguity and take ownership of building structure where there is none, crafting and refining repeatable partner playbooks that accelerate mutual success.
- You collaborate closely with Product and GTM teams to rapidly iterate on new partnership models, solutions, and go-to-market strategies.
- You deeply understand partner business models and challenges, positioning Augury as a strategic enabler of their growth.
- You manage the end-to-end partner journey: onboarding, enablement, success tracking, and long-term engagement.
- You are responsible for adoption, satisfaction, and expansion of partner relationships, working toward scalable joint value.
- You educate partners about Production Health and its market impact, becoming a trusted advisor who guides their success with Augury.
- You bring a consultative mindset, identifying new ways to deepen partner engagement, often co-creating new offerings or delivery models.
- You continuously seek feedback and insights from partners, bringing those learnings into cross-functional teams to improve product-market fit.
- You experiment with new ideas—piloting, evaluating, and iterating to find what works best across diverse partner types.
What You Bring
- Start-up Mentality: Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch in a pre-product/market fit phase. You embrace fast feedback loops and enjoy iterating on what works.
- Experience: 5+ years in Partner Success, Strategic Alliances, Customer Success, or similar roles - ideally within manufacturing or industrial tech. Experience working through alliance/channel partners to deliver customer outcomes is highly preferred.
- Strategic Agility: Ability to test hypotheses, run fast experiments, and scale what works while letting go of what doesn’t. You think big, start small, and move fast.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. Proven ability to earn trust with partner executives and internal stakeholders (especially Product, Sales, and Enablement), aligning teams around shared goals.
- Tech Fluency: Exposure to digital transformation or industrial technologies such as predictive maintenance or condition monitoring. You can translate complex ideas into clear value for partners and their customers.
- Collaboration: Skilled at working across cross-functional teams to co-develop and refine scalable go-to-market and delivery strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You craft compelling narratives that resonate from executive boardrooms to field engineering teams.
