What you'll do:
We are looking for a Marketing & Copywriting Intern who is passionate about brand storytelling and the client experience. This role is a perfect fit for a creative thinker with a background in marketing or communications who wants to help shape the voice of a digital full-service bank.
As a Marketing & Copywriting Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in brand management and multi-channel campaigns, helping to bridge the gap between creative execution and data-driven performance in the fast-growing fintech industry. STRONG PREFERENCE FOR CANDIDATES IN THE NORTHEAST.
- Craft and refine engaging, SEO-friendly copy for our website, blog, and emails, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our unique brand identity.
- Act as a brand ambassador by managing social media channels and Trustpilot, turning client interactions into positive brand experiences.
- Assist in improving the digital client journey through proactive website updates and content enhancements.
- Use tools like Semrush, GA4 and Google Search Console to track content effectiveness and translate data into actionable insights.
- Manage content calendar, social media scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends that keep our brand at the forefront of the fintech space.
- Support the day-to-day rhythm of the department, from content scheduling to assisting with bank-wide communications and events.
What you need:
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A deep enthusiasm for copywriting, brand building, and the fintech industry.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., GA4, Semrush, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, etc.).
- Exceptional written communication skills with a "client-first" mindset.
- A creative thinker who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to take ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment.
