Job Description
As a member of the Finance Analytics and Insights team, this role is responsible for defining, and driving the implementation of key advanced analytics and automation solutions in support of Finance initiatives. The preferred candidate will have experience working with core Finance datasets, designing & developing analytical tools and operational dashboards, and applying creative problem-solving and attention to detail to extract actionable insights. They will work closely with leaders and process owners within Finance to enable data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:

• Solution Architecture: Definethe appropriate solution design to drive decision-making and automation of manual data analysis for Finance functions, with particular focus on Treasury. Support the implementation of treasury system and data architecture and a Treasury data lake.
• Dashboard Development, data analysis & Visualization: Lead the design and development of dashboards utilizing PowerBI that provide real-time insights into Treasury operations, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Requirements understanding: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, finance and Treasury FX and Capital Markets professionals, and IT, to understand business requirements and align analytics solutions with Treasury objectives.
• Performance Monitoring: Show thought leadership in defining and implementing appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the performance of Treasury operations.
• Drive adoption: Support greater adoption of advanced analytics and automation to enable current and future processes to scale with business growth
• Data Governance and Compliance: Assist in data governance initiatives, ensuring compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Process improvement and workflow automation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement workflow automation solutions.
• Foster Innovation: Brainstorm with Treasury Business users to identify ML/AI/Generative AI Use cases to support transformation initiatives
• Experience with UX/UI process in Dashboard design is a plus; using design-led thinking, information design, and selection of appropriate visualizations.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related fields from a four-year university.
• 4+ years of experience in Finance, with special emphasis on Treasury preferably in a SaaS or PaaS company or business unit
• Experience with reporting, data and dashboarding platforms - Microsoft Power BI, SAP BOBJ, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake
• Exposure to RPA technologies such as UIPath or Automation Anywhere
• Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to develop creative solutions and balance multiple requests
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others
• Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
