What You’ll Do

  • Lead cross product analysis covering Peacock and NBCU’s TVE apps to identify user behaviors and content patterns that drive engagement and retention.
  • Design, measure, and report on OKRs tied to subscriber health, product performance, and retention outcomes.
  • Build forecasting models that guide business planning and scenario simulations.
  • Develop and QA data pipelines and dashboards in Tableau that surface actionable insights for product, growth, and leadership teams.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Data Engineering to set up, measure, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Detect and resolve data integrity issues across platforms to ensure analytical accuracy and reliability.
  • Manage and mentor one direct report, helping them grow in technical, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Present complex findings in clear, concise, and engaging ways that inspire confident action.

  • Comfortable with experimentation and statistical methods such as A/B testing, statistical significance, regression, and clustering.
  • Excellent communicator who can simplify complex data and influence decision-makers.
  • Collaborative, personable, and curious, with a mix of technical skill and business acumen.
  • Detail-oriented and determined to see projects through from start to finish.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics or automation.
  • Background in direct to consumer, digital media, or streaming businesses.
